This page explains what Showstock’s automated tools do, what they do not do, which information they use, their known limits, and the safeguards customers should follow.
Current system status
Showstock does not currently use a generative-AI model, autonomous agent, facial-recognition system, or external AI model API in its customer workflows. Tools described as predictions, planners, or automated timelines use customer-entered records, published species averages, and transparent formulas. The guided writing coach combines saved totals with the user’s own answer in an editable template; it does not send the answer to a paid AI service.
Purpose, inputs, and outputs
Showstock’s automated tools are designed to organize livestock records and create planning estimates. Inputs may include species, breeding date, pedigree relationships, horn genotype assumptions, weights, dates, expenses, show results, and text the customer chooses to enter. Outputs may include approximate dates, percentages, totals, timelines, charts, report drafts, and editable writing starters.
Showstock does not use these outputs to make decisions about a person’s credit, insurance, employment, education admission, government benefits, legal rights, or access to essential services.
Known limitations and human review
Outputs depend on complete and accurate customer records and generalized assumptions. They may be incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular animal, breed, show, operation, or circumstance. Customers must review every output before relying on it. Genetics, breeding, medication, withdrawal, health, sale, eligibility, and animal-welfare decisions should be confirmed with the applicable veterinarian, laboratory, registry, label, breed association, show official, or qualified professional.
Safety rules for automated features
Showstock automated features may not be used to encourage self-harm, harm to another person, criminal activity, unlawful discrimination, infringement of constitutional rights, sexual exploitation, child sexual content, deceptive impersonation, or other unlawful conduct. Showstock does not assign social scores to people and does not rank people by protected traits or personal behavior.
Biometrics, photos, and videos
Showstock stores customer-authorized livestock and show photos or videos as records. It does not use them for facial recognition, voiceprint identification, fingerprint identification, iris scanning, or other biometric identification, and it does not scrape public sources to identify people. Do not upload media or personal information unless you have the rights and permissions described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Youth and student safety
Showstock is an adult-managed service. It does not provide an AI companion, private AI relationship, or open-ended AI chat for children. Children under 13 may not receive a direct login. Users ages 13 through 17 require parent or guardian authorization and adult supervision. Adults should review scholarship, résumé, record-book, animal-care, and financial content before it is submitted or acted upon.
Monitoring, testing, and reporting concerns
Showstock reviews automated tools for misleading labels, unsafe claims, unauthorized data access, discriminatory use, and outputs that could be mistaken for professional advice. Customers can report a safety concern, incorrect output, suspected misuse, or rights issue through the private support request form or by emailing h-vclients@outlook.com. Include the feature, date, account email, and what happened, but do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

If Showstock adds generative AI later
Before a customer interacts with a future generative-AI or conversational feature, Showstock will clearly identify that the feature uses AI, describe its purpose and important limitations, apply appropriate access and safety controls, update these disclosures, and request additional consent when required. Customer content will not be used to train an external AI model unless Showstock first provides a specific disclosure and obtains any consent required by law.
Texas law and legal review
The Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act took effect January 1, 2026. Showstock’s controls are designed to support transparency, reasonable care, human oversight, privacy, and the law’s prohibitions on specified harmful uses. This page documents product practices; it is not a legal opinion or a guarantee of compliance. The founder should have Texas counsel review the product, contracts, insurance, and operating practices as features and laws change.
